General: OCTU's meeting are held September through May each year at King's Family Restaurant (Community Room), Routes 8 & 62 (Allegheny Ave.), between Franklin and Oil City, Pa. Meet for dinner with the group at 5:30 p.m. (optional); 6:30 p.m. concurrent chapter board/membership meeting; 7:30 p.m. program begins. We have programs (open to the public) each meeting. Check below for program subject.
